1. Orders

• All orders are subject to product availability.

• Orders are accepted on an One Day Prior

• Once an order is accepted, it cannot be canceled.

2. Payment

• We accept payments via PhonePe, UPI, and cash.

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

3. Delivery

• Deliveries are made in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai only.

• The applicable delivery fee will be shared with you before you confirm your order.

• Available Slots

  • Morning Slot: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Evening Slot: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  Important Note

  • Customers must select a delivery slot at the time of placing the order.

  • Orders will be delivered only within the chosen slot.

  • No changes to the slot are possible once the order is confirmed.

• We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

4. Product Quality

• All products are prepared fresh on order to maintain quality and hygiene.

• Returns for raw products are not allowed.

• In case of quality issues or damaged eggs, customers must contact us within 6 hours of delivery.

5. Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion.

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or in cash,

  depending on circumstances.

6. Pricing

• Prices are subject to change based on market rates.

• All prices are displayed at checkout before confirming the order.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

• We reserve the right to refuse service in case of policy violations or misuse of our platform.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
