1. Returns

• Raw chicken & prepared products: Returns are not allowed, as items are made fresh per order.

• Eggs: If any eggs are delivered with cracked shells, you may reject them at delivery or request a replacement for the affected eggs.

We take full responsibility and will resolve issues fairly, including replacements or refunds if deemed necessary by a Belote’s Executive.

Refunds will be provided through the original payment method or in cash, depending on the circumstances.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once accepted, due to the fresh preparation of all products.
